We are happy to share the incredibly exciting news that Southern Orthodontic Partners has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the third year in a row!

As a result of SOP’s 2023 survey, we identified that 82% of Team Members consider SOP a Great Place to Work – which compares favorably to the GPTW typical company score of 57%. This achievement is based on the survey results of more than 800 Team Members across the platform. 

At SOP, we recognize that Team Members’ pride in their company and the work they do is one of the strongest drivers of overall satisfaction in the workplace. Achieving this honor for the third year in a row is a true testament to the work of our Doctors, other Leaders, and all Team Members in ensuring that together we create a people-first culture.
