Description: The Business Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for supporting the finance and operations functions of SOP through various recurring and ad hoc data analysis and support. This position will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and field operations leadership to deliver value-maximizing analysis and operational insights that drive the executive decision-making process. Specifically, this role will be responsible for managing and reporting key operating metrics, supporting the annual budget process, delivering monthly and ad hoc financial analyses of historical business performance, and executing various forecasts for practice performance, special projects and other business-case analyses. |

Essential Job Functions*: The Business Intelligence Analyst will provide finance and analytical support across the company: Operational Finance Support maintenance of SOP operating dashboards, including integration of new practices and evaluation of KPIs with SOP leadership Assist with monthly operational reporting process by compiling and analyzing feedback from the field organization on a monthly cadence Assist with construction of practice forecasts for new partners as well as tools for ongoing performance management Support modeling and tracking of performance compensation plans across the platform Develop and implement tools to support field operations capabilities Develop ad-hoc operational finance analyses based on needs from the field Analyze efficacy of platform operational initiatives (e.g., pricing changes, marketing promotions, etc.) Core Finance Assist SOP’s comprehensive annual budgeting process Support various revenue cycle analytics including platform pricing data and collections analyses Deliver to fields ops team monthly financial insights into practice performance Support analysis and materials for monthly financial review and Board meeting materials Other Strategic Support Work with SOP executive leadership to support financial analyses related to SOP’s core strategic initiatives and identified special projects Track and measure the implementation and execution of key SOP strategic initiatives and identified special projects *Please note: this job description is not designed to cover a comprehensive list of duties or responsibilities that are required for this position.
