Job Summary

Role: Partner Relationship Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Reports To: Chief Development Officer

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Description:
The Partner Relationship Coordinator will help SOP drive acquisition growth through lead generation and initial appointment setting for our Business Development Team. The PRC will drive appointments through prospecting and following a defined cold calling process using the resources provided to schedule and procure new opportunities. The PRC will be calling prospective Orthodontic offices and making connections with the practice owner to help them understand the value in joining the SOP platform. The PCR will be responsible for setting up an initial meeting between the owner and the Business Development Team to further engage the owner about partnership.

Essential Job Functions*:
Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts and qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline

Engage in cold calling, appointment setting, and proactive contact with prospective partners

Work closely with the Business Development Team and other departments as needed
Engage in initial discussions with practice owners and articulate the SOP value proposition compared to other options

Keep Chief Development Officer and Business Development Directors informed of all activity, including the timely preparation of reports
Incoming calls – this includes taking incoming calls from prospective clients or customers and setting appointments for the Business Development Team to meet with each individual

Outgoing calls – making outgoing calls following a defined process using automated dialing systems, lists, information gathered from websites, email, direct mail, etc.

Data Entry – encoding or entry of data into an existing CRM system

Serve as an extension of SOP when dealing with future or potential partners

Preferred Requirements:

Orthodontic clinical practice knowledge and expertise

Healthcare experience
